Privacy — CCC Agent Apps
Evergreen Valley College · AI 101 · Updated 1 August 2026
CCC Agent Apps is a teaching tool for students enrolled in AI 101. It publishes a web
application you built in your own Claude project to college-operated hosting.
What we store
- Your email address — so a published app has an owner and only you can replace it.
- The app you choose to publish, and the agent instructions you wrote for it.
- Files you attach as your app's knowledge base.
- Messages sent to your published app by its visitors, to operate and protect the service.
What we do not do
- We do not read your Claude conversations. The extension acts only when you click its buttons.
- We do not sell or share your data, and we run no advertising or third-party analytics.
- We do not ask visitors of your published app to create accounts or identify themselves.
Where it goes
Everything is held in the college's own AWS account. Conversations with a published app are
sent to Google Gemini to generate replies; nothing else leaves our systems.
Your app is public
Anything you publish is reachable by anyone with the link. Do not put personal, confidential,
or student-record information into an app or its knowledge files.
Removal
Ask your instructor to unpublish an app or delete your account, and it is removed along with
its versions and knowledge files.
